Booked for 9PM. The restaurant was very busy so it took a little while to get seated which was the only small issue but it was understandable. We were served by Leighton who was extremely attentive and welcoming. He ensured to take our orders as soon we were ready. The drinks were amazing and the food was sublime and quick to come out. All though it is a little pricey we would definitely go again! Thank you again to Leighton for making it a memorable evening for us 🙂

If I could give zero stars I would. Service pants. Once shown to table away from what little atmosphere there was (even with 50% off) I had to attract the attention of waiter after approximately 10mins to take our order, once he had served the two women whom had arrived after us first! We left!

My husband booked this place to finish off some of my birthday celebrations and because they were doing 50% off food. We booked in advance to ensure we met the T&Cs of the offer. It was quiet when we arrived but picked up as time went on, service was generally great and friendly as was the food - however the black cod has definitely gone down in quality and had we been paying full price for it, probably would’ve complained. The place still looks great but toilets need some more regularly cleaning and a freshen up. When the bill arrived, the overall experience was ruined as they hadn’t taken the 50% off and we therefore had to request it to which we were asked “did you book online”. As a restaurant clearly advertising the deal, why make it so difficult for customers to avail of it, and why not do the proper checks etc before providing the bill? Because of that, we ended up taking the service charge off the bill and overall left deciding it’s unlikely we’d ever return, having been quite a number of times over the years.

Really good food, definitely a pan Asia restaurant. We had the two sushi rolls, the ribs, the scallops, the pork belly curry and the lobster. Everything was nice, the ribs a little basic but still enjoyable. Loved the potatoes with the lobster. The sushi didn’t taste as fresh as I’d like but it was later in the day. The food did take an hour to come out but it was all very good. Beautiful restaurant - ideal for a birthday.

The worst sushi I have ever had... I ordered Tuna sushi...but it tastes nothing like Tuna... The quality of tuna is sooooo poooor... Cannot imagine how much profit they can earn from serving such rubbish quality food... Do NOT go, waste of money!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the restaurant. Despite placing my order promptly, I had to wait over 40 minutes for my dishes to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. However I have been offered complimentary drink, which was nice, but I didn’t take it at the end. When I asked the staff about the discount and gift card from booking table, counter and waiter, they all confirmed I could use both together. When came to payment, they were not only unhelpful but also unfriendly and dismissive. One staff member was so rude and place the blame on me and said I should have read the team and condition. He provided misleading information about my order, adding to the frustration. I was met with rude responses and a complete failure to take responsibility. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns to the manager who kept changing the topics. I suggested he feed back some of my suggestions to his staff. This dinning experience was highly unpleasant especially for special occasions and will not be returning although I have been a royal customer for many years!

Since the 50% off January Sale had been extended to February, my friend and I paid a visit. Firstly, the Watermelon Lemonade? A beautiful beverage! I got Roast Loin of Cod with a ‘Small Plate’ of Robata Grilled Sweet Potato as well as the Sticky Coconut Rice in Lotus Leaf- see pictures. Service was friendly. The chromosome bathroom signs struck me as interphobic. They’re not necessary.

The food was absolutely delicious, but what shone even higher was the level of service. Emily really looked after us all evening. Her knowledge of the menu was flawless and nothing was too much trouble. The best service I've recieved in recent memory, Whatever they pay you it's not enough!

Went here with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Great food and great atmosphere, Ama was serving us and made sure we had a lovely lovely time and was honestly so sweet. Had a great time !

Honestly can’t believe how much this place has gone down hill… the whole dinner ( off small plates ) took 3 hours in total because the service was so slow. The food was mediocre and expensive. Would not return….

I visited for with my family for my birthday and felt completely let down by the service. Sitting in a booth it felt like we had been forgotten. From arriving to our food being served was over an hour's wait. The final small dish came after everyone had finished eating. The service took so long my sister had to leave before even being able to get dessert. Despite the food being nice, the service completely spoiled the afternoon.

I would strongly advise against ordering the Chicken Two Way. At £32, it was disappointing in both portion size and flavor. The dish featured a small portion of chicken, smaller than a typical chicken breast, accompanied by a sauce that resembled a basic spicy tomato ketchup—far from the refined taste expected at this price point. Additionally, the Korean chicken dish was equally underwhelming, with a minimal piece of chicken barely visible beneath a bed of Pak Choi. Overall, these dishes did not meet the high standards one would anticipate from a premium restaurant.
